Phase 1 — Discovery (2 weeks)
We meet your team, document requirements, identify constraints (compliance, integrations, budget, timeline) and produce:
- A specification (what we will build).
- An architecture diagram.
- A fixed-price quote with milestones.
- A draft contract.
Discovery is paid (~€2,000–€4,000 depending on scope) but credits toward the project if you proceed. If you do not proceed, deliverables are yours.
Phase 2 — Build (typically 6–16 weeks)
After signature we assign:
- One technical lead.
- 1–3 fullstack engineers.
- A designer for UX-heavy work.
- An infra/DevOps engineer for deployment.
You get:
- A bi-weekly demo of working software (not slides).
- A shared Slack / Discord channel with the team.
- Code in a repo you own from day one (your GitHub/GitLab, or handover at the end).
- A staging environment matching production.
Phase 3 — Launch and warranty
After launch you get 30 days of warranty support included. Bugs are fixed at no charge. New features are out of scope.
After warranty, options:
- Retainer for ongoing development (0.5–2 FTE typical).
- Switch to Application Management.
- Take it in-house with a 1-week shadow handover.
Ownership
You own: all custom source code, deployment infrastructure (yours to migrate if hosted with us), design assets.
We retain: reusable libraries we wrote independently (we list them explicitly), anonymized lessons.
Pricing
Custom projects start at €25,000. Smaller scales are better served by team augmentation.
