How do I set up my e-mail in Outlook, Thunderbird or on my phone?

Username is your full e-mail address. IMAP: mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL/TLS. SMTP: mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS), with login.

Use these settings in any mail app. yourdomain.com stands for your domain.

SettingValue
Usernameyour full e-mail address

Incoming mail (IMAP)mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail (SMTP)mail.yourdomain.com, port 465 (SSL/TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS), with login

Thunderbird and some other apps fill these in automatically after you type your address and password.

Sending limits

Each domain can send up to 100 e-mails per hour. Sending pauses automatically when too many messages bounce. If you need a higher limit, open a ticket in the client area.

Spam

Spam is delivered to a Spam folder in each mailbox. You can change how strict the filter is in cPanel under Spam Filters.
