How do I get invoices, and are they EU VAT-compliant?

Every order issues a PDF invoice in the portal. We are Photon Spark S.R.L., Romanian VAT-registered, and handle B2B reverse-charge, B2C OSS, and non-EU correctly.

Where to find invoices

Portal → Account → Invoices. Each invoice downloads as PDF and includes:

  • Invoice number, issue date, due date.
  • Photon Spark S.R.L. registration (CUI 45474926, J40/571/2022).
  • Your billing details.
  • Itemized service lines.
  • VAT breakdown.

VAT handling

  • Romanian customers (B2C and B2B) — Romanian TVA at the current standard rate.
  • EU B2B with valid VAT ID — reverse-charge applied (zero-rated, VAT ID printed). Enter your VAT ID on the account before invoice issue.
  • Non-EU customers — no EU VAT charged.
  • EU B2C outside Romania — VAT at the customer's country rate (OSS).

Updating billing details

Portal → Account → Profile → Edit. Changes apply to future invoices only — Romanian fiscal law forbids retroactive modification of issued invoices.

If a past invoice has an error, open a billing ticket. We can issue a storno (correction) and reissue, provided no payment has settled and been reported.

Annual prepay discounts

  • Annual: 10% off.
  • Two years: 15% off.
  • Three years: 20% off.

The invoice issues at the start of the term.
