Available payment methods
- Cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex (via Stripe).
- SEPA bank transfer — for EU accounts. Single-use reference per invoice.
- PayPal — personal and business.
- Crypto — BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT on supported networks. Price is fixed for 15 minutes.
Auto-renewal
Cards and PayPal default to auto-renew so services do not lapse. Switch to manual from Portal → Account → Billing settings. SEPA and crypto are always manual — invoices arrive 14 days before the cycle ends.
Business accounts with NET payment terms
If procurement needs NET-15 or NET-30 invoicing, email contact@photonspark.com before your first order with:
- Legal entity name, registration number, VAT ID.
- Billing contact email.
- A signed service agreement (we send the template).
NET terms are available on annual contracts above €5,000 / year.
Failed payments
We retry card/PayPal charges on day 1, 3, and 7. After day 7 the service is suspended (not deleted). You have 14 more days to settle the invoice before data removal.
Refunds
Standard 14-day refund window per Romanian / EU consumer law. After 14 days, refunds are pro-rated at our discretion. See Terms for details.
