No, there is nothing to do. Once your domain points to our servers, a free certificate from Let's Encrypt is issued automatically, usually within minutes, and renewed before it expires.
If your site still shows a certificate warning an hour after the domain points to us, check that both yourdomain.com and www.yourdomain.com point to our server, then open a ticket in the client area.
